Oleksiy Semenovych Onyschenko (in Ukrainian: Олексій Семенович Онищенко, born: March 17, 1933 near Poltava) is the head of the Department of History, Philosophy and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. He is the General Director of V.I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine.[1]
